Stephen A. Singlar (Founder & President)

Steve is the founder of Single Digits, where he is responsible for the company’s long-term goals and strategic partnerships. He brings over a decade of experience in many aspects of technology, including sales, marketing, support and management, all the while leveraging a complementary blend of hardware and software expertise. Before establishing Single Digits, Steve held senior global sales positions for Enterasys’ vertical markets that included the United States federal government, service providers and health care organizations. Prior to joining Enterasys, Steve achieved accolades at Cisco Systems and Arrowpoint Communications, receiving each company’s top achievement awards as well as recognition for his success at Cabletron Systems. Steve earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire. He’s a natural leader who has built an excellent reputation within tech circles by consistently solving business challenges through technology and process.

Robert Goldstein (Founder & CEO)

Bob brings over 15 years of industry leadership and experience. Prior to co-founding Single Digits, Bob built and managed another successful startup, RGS Communications Inc., where he quickly implemented a channel-driven sales and marketing strategy to grow structured cabling solution sales to over $2 million annually. From 1995-2000, Bob excelled in a number of technical sales and marketing roles at Cabletron Systems, where he leveraged his IP networking aptitude and strong customer focus to help the federal sales team consistently exceed its quota. Bob received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Southern Maine, at which he played four years of varsity tennis, and later earned an M.B.A. from Plymouth State College.

Jody A. Holt (CFO)

Jody is responsible for the financial, administrative and operational aspects of the Company while assisting in formulating future direction and tactical initiatives.  Before joining Single Digits, Jody consulted organizations of various size and structure, including Novell and Charles River Ventures.  Jody began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) advising companies primarily in the technology sector in the NY, San Diego and Boston offices.  Her clients included many Bain portfolio companies, professional sports teams, and private equity firms doing mergers and acquisitions.  She also spent two years coordinating the PwC Money Tree Venture Capital Report, five years brokering real estate, and a semester teaching math and history to high school students in Portugal.In 2013, Jody was recognized as the CFO of the Year from the NH Business Review Magazine for small businesses.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Covenant Retirement Communities, a non-profit national organization.

Jody is a CPA and earned her B.S. in Accounting with Honors from The Pennsylvania State University and was recognized as a University Scholar.

Bret Clark
Bret has been involved in the packet communications market since 1986, covering all aspects of the industry, including wireless, telephony, and the cable market space. Recent positions include starting up one of New Hampshire’s largest wireless telecommunications companies serving key business’s in New Hampshire’s largest cities and surrounding areas. Prior to that Bret worked for One Communications where he was responsible for the architect of their data strategies with direct responsibility for a core line of six (6) key telecommunication products that provided voice, Internet, & private networking services while representing $78 million in annual sales revenue. Prior to that Bret was a co-founder and director of Product Development for Vitts Networks and was instrumental in building a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) that provided high-speed TCP/IP packet services throughout 250 central offices serving more than 100,000 business users. Prior to Vitts, Mr. Clark was with Cabletron Systems for eight years and served as a technology advisor to Cabletron’s CTO and was involved with several IEEE and IETF committees that help introduced key networking standards used today by the industry.
